Amazon Free Returns
Class Action Investigation
We are investigating a class action lawsuit against Amazon, the online retailer.
We believe that Amazon.com’s website may contain false and misleading statements and advertising related to its return policy. Specifically, it is believed that at least some products sold on Amazon.com advertise “FREE Returns” on the product, including free returns by shipping.
But when the Amazon.com customer attempts to make those free returns, she learns the truth: return by shipping costs money, and the only free return option is a physical location (which may be far away).
We are evaluating a class action lawsuit to help Amazon.com buyers get some of their money back for any return shipping that they had to pay.
If you’ve made any returns on Amazon.com where Amazon charged you money for return shipping and are interested in exploring your rights to recover some of your purchase price, please complete the form on this webpage.
