We are investigating a class action lawsuit against NordVPN, one of the biggest virtual private network companies..

We believe that NordVPN may be violating consumer protection laws by deceiving buyers with limited time offers or limited time sales, including by offering supposed “new deals” that are supposedly 70%+ off. These promotions deceive buyers into thinking they’re getting great deals and that they must buy now.

But in reality: these offers or sales are not for a limited time. They are for all the time. So the so-called sale price is actually the regular price.
