Erick’s practice includes handling claims faced and brought by businesses, with a particular emphasis on representation in class actions and other complex commercial disputes; representing companies in regulatory proceedings; and handling claims for breach of contract, unfair competition and fraud. Erick has represented Fortune 500 companies, large financial institutions, and numerous Southern California businesses in commercial disputes. He has also dedicated his time to the Alliance for Children’s Rights, helping secure benefits for children in the foster care system.

Erick received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California School of Law. Erick received his Bachelor of Math and Science from the United States Military Academy. He served two tours in the Global War on Terrorism and received the Bronze Star.
