Tom Warren is a nationally recognized trial and appellate lawyer. Over the course of his career, Tom has been called on by some of the country’s most significant companies in cases involving hundreds of millions, and in some cases billions, of dollars. He also serves as a strategic analyst in bet-the-company litigation and other high-profile matters.
Tom also represents individuals in high-stakes cases. His roster of clients has included such high-profile individuals as Michael Avenatti, Rudolph Giuliani, and Lenny Dykstra.
Tom is based in Los Angeles and Cleveland, and handles matters all over the country.
Before founding Warren Terzian LLP, Tom served as the national co-chair of the appellate practice of one of the country’s largest law firms, and also served as the managing partner of a litigation powerhouse.
At Warren Terzian, in addition to his trial and appellate work, Tom and his partner Dan Terzian have developed a top-tier class action practice.
Tom spent nearly a decade as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice in Los Angeles, serving as the Chief of the General Crimes Section and as Senior Litigation Counsel. He is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Harvard College.
